Stephanie first worked at Clarke & Son before moving, around 4 years later, to Lamb Brooks, where she remained up until she started a family. During that time, Stephanie had time away from legal practice and worked as a childminder and also as a Teaching Assistant at Chalk Ridge School. Once all her children had reached senior school, Stephanie retuned to Clarke & Sons where she has been for 20 years.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a Beaver Leader with 1^st Chineham, and she also enjoys cooking, baking and country walks.
