Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Wills & Estate Planning team. You will be playing a key role in the development of the department and dealing with a broad mix of work including Wills, LPAs, Trust work, Court of Protection and other general private client-based enquiries. As a firm we are keen to support all training needs.
It is essential that you are a confident networker as well as technically excellent with the skills to grow and expand your caseload.
In addition, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills as the role will require working with a number of other professionals, including financial advisers, wealth managers and tax advisers. You will also be liaising with other teams within Clarke & Son who may be involved in certain transactions as well as working on developing cross referrals within the teams.
The role will include supporting the Partners within the department as well as running your own files and matters.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years PQE

Family Law Solicitor
We are looking for a Family Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join our team.
Our Family team advises exclusively private-paying clients across a broad range of family matters, including divorce and financial settlements, children matters, cohabitation and nuptial agreements, civil partnerships as well as cases involving domestic abuse.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is looking to take ownership of their caseload while continuing to develop their reputation and client base. You will take on an existing cases, manage new enquiries, and have the opportunity to develop your own referral network and external relationships.
Our approach is constructive and client-focused, with a strong emphasis on resolving matters efficiently and proportionately; we are looking for someone who shares that same approach to their work.
You should have 3–5 years’ PQE, with experience working exclusively in family law since qualification and be confident managing a broad range of private family matters.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and collaborative with an interest in developing your own profile and referral network to support growth in the team.
