I am a Legal Secretary in our Wills and Estate Planning department. I provide support relating to matters such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax and Lasting Powers of Attorney etc.

I have a great knowledge and understanding of the support that solicitors and their clients need and give comfort to our clients when needed.. We work as close-knit team the best interest of our clients is always at heart.

I have been working in the legal profession as a legal secretary for many years starting my career in London in the 1980’s working in various aspects of law. Since moving to Hampshire I have worked in Winchester, Southampton and at Clarke & Son since 2018.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two children and two grandchildren. I enjoy going for walks and catching up with friends on Netflix.

Expertise

As a small business we have found the legal and HR aspects in particular to be challenging given the breadth and depth of knowledge which is expected of an employer, not to mention the tight timescales in which we as employers are required to deal with such matters.
