Nia Wharry heads our Wills & Estate Planning Department, having qualified in 1998 and is known for her friendly and professional approach. Clients enjoy Nia’s technical expertise which is delivered in a reassuring manner.

Nia is also the firms Training Principal and oversees the training programme for our Trainee Solicitors. She also organises CPD training both in-house and externally for her team. She routinely acts as an independent personal representative of estates appointed by court order or post mediation and has an excellent record of getting those trickier cases finalised.
