Diane Thompson

Diane is a legal secretary for the Wills and Estate Planning team here at Clarke & Son Ltd.

Career

Diane has over 35 years of experience as a secretary mainly in the legal, commercial property and accountancy sectors and has been part of the Clarke & Son team since 2017.

Within the Wills & Estate Planning Department, Diane provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the solicitors and their clients regarding Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, Court of Protection work and Trusts. She also receives initial enquiries from new and our existing clients and will explain and guide you through the initial stages to give you the information you need regarding making a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney and guidance regarding next steps when someone has passed away.

Outside of work, Diane was a part of the Clarke & Son team who abseiled down the Spinnaker Tower to raise money for our nominated charity.
