Wills and Probate
I qualified as a solicitor in 1981 after gaining a law degree at Southampton University. Initially specialising in civil and matrimonial law I became a general practitioner in 1988 on setting up my own practice. In 1996 I became a freelance locum solicitor providing holiday and overload cover to different firms in London, the West Midlands and the south of England including Clarke & Son. Whilst doing this I developed a taste for the multi-disciplinary aspects of probate practice and was happy to change status from locum to consultant with the firm when the opportunity arose in the probate and wills department in 2007.
Out of the office I enjoy gardening with my wife, DIY, supporting Portsmouth Football Club with my son, and visiting my daughter on the Isle of Wight. I am a qualified Scout leader and worship at a local Anglican church.
