The Law relating to agreements made before marriage, and your wedding, (prenuptial) is changing and developing rapidly. The trend is for the Courts to show an increasing willingness to respect prenuptial agreements freely entered into between the parties.

- When are you getting married? A prenuptial agreement will need to be finalised 28 days before the wedding.
- What did you own before? We will need to know what assets yourself and your partner had before the relationship began.
- What do you own now? We will also need to know what assets you have now, both jointly and individually.
- Any children? We will need details of any children living with you.
