Partner, Dispute Resolution/Litigation
As head of the Litigation Department I advise clients on a wide range of commercial and private disputes and claims with particular emphasis on property matters including commercial lease disputes and business lease renewals.
I attended school in Farnborough and went on to Oxford Polytechnic to study Law and Politics. I completed my academic training at Guildford College of Law and qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 working initially in South West London before joining Clarke & Son in 1996 dealing with property related as well as other litigation. I became a Partner in 1998 and subsequently developed my property practice to include equity release and transfers in matrimonial matters.
My interests out of work are primarily sporting, current affairs, as well as enjoying time with my family and walking our dog.
